Refund Policies

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. 

Pre-orders may take 1 or more months to fulfill with lead times that may be 6 months or longer. Due to this CDA Aqua Sports must prepay for all products to secure a ship-date. Once the products are received, they must go through a QA process at our warehouse. Once cleared they will be shipped directly to the customer. The shipping details will be emailed to you as soon as we have a confirmed shipment. 

For pre-orders, please submit a request for a quote as we will need to discuss this process and provide our best estimates at the time. Please understand that due to logistics we cannot coordinate any shipment until payment has been received and order added to the scheduled manifest. If these terms are not acceptable, you are welcome to wait until we have products in stock and on hand. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Pre-orders cancelled before 72 hours, are subject to 30% cancellation fee, less sales tax and any credit card or bank fees.  

Pre-orders cancelled after 72 hours are non-refundable.

In-stock purchases are eligible for a refund, minus credit card or bank fees, up to 72 hours as long as the product is unopened and in the original shipping cartons. Opened, unboxed or used equipment cannot be refunded or returned.

All Sales Final.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective products or damage from shipments, please contact us to arrange a warranty replacement, insurance claim or exchange.
